The Bilingual Service Centre (BSC) houses multiple services under one roof, including Service Manitoba, Service Canada, and the Community Employment Resource Centre. Various public use resources are also available, including: computers, phone, faxing, printing, and scanning. This BSC location also offers the following services: Foster Care and Community Living disABILITY Services, Manitoba Housing Property Services, Early Learning & Child Care Program, Bilingual Circuit Court, and Probation Services.

Buy a Manitoba Parks pass, hunting license, and fishing license. AFFORDABLE HOUSING: Manitoba Housing Property Services MEETING SPACE: For government programs, community groups and/or non-profit organizations. No rental fee. Seating capacity is 25.
