The thrift store serves the whole population from babies to elders from our community as well as from all the surrounding towns. Many clients come in from the city as well.

Financial stability: Clients can buy necessary goods at a very low price. Mental health: Making limited funds go further eases stress. Social benefits: An outing out with the family who enjoy shopping; volunteers networking.

50% discount days once a month. Clients look forward to this sale and take advantage of it. 2 rental apartments on the second floor. This is very much needed in our community where housing is becoming a problem. Donation of surplus articles to Centre Flavie in Winnipeg, and to a Hutterite Colonty who donate back to Africa. We periodically have homeless people drop in and we help clothe them and provide a meal. Sale of all metal to a depot in Winnipeg which helps the community as an alternative to trashing it. We also provide services in Spanish when our Spanish speaking volunteers are available.
